We have a well defined process to serve you better
Step 1: Discovery call
Our design team will spend time with you to understand what your needs are and give you some suggestions about what could be done in the space. We will suggest the ideal service based on their assessment.
Step 2: Receive Quote
Based on the discussion during the call, a quotation will be sent to you for your project. You would be reviewing the quotation and send us back the signed quotation.
Step 3: Make first payment
We take the first payment before we start working on the designs.
Step 4: Virtual site visit
You will send us pictures/videos of your space along with necessary measurements.
Step 5: Design
Based on your requirements, our design team will create a mood board for you to visualize the entire design.
Step 6: Revision
Our design team will discuss the design in detail with you and make necessary revisions.
Step 7: Freeze and Order
Once everything has been finalized we freeze the design, and orders will be placed by the designer and/or by client.
Step 8: Installation and styling
Our design team will help you with installation instructions and virtual styling.

1. What should I have prepared when hiring a designer?

2. How long does the Design Process take?
Every project is unique, but creating and finalizing a design plan for our clients usually takes between 3-10 weeks. But it will vary based on the scope of the project.
4. What would be the right time to contact us?
If you are renovating just a single room, at least 2-3 months before you want the space to be complete. If your house is in the construction phase and you want our help in choosing finishes and materials, please contact us immediately.
6. Do you also help clients find tradespeople?
Usually we don’t. Since we offer E-design services all over USA, it is pretty difficult to find and vet tradespeople in locations we are not familiar with. Hence, we encourage you to use services like Task Rabbit to find them. We can provide instructions for them to follow during the installation phase of the project. In rare situations, we can help with the process and provide end-to-end support but it will be at an additional cost.
